The fingerlings, weighing about 2 grams each, are put into nets whose opening (eye) does not exceed 5 millimeters.
For their feeding and for the larger fish too, we use an industrial feed comprising mainly of fish meal, rich in proteins, and fish oils.
The fish-feed that we use does not contain any mutated ingredients and it is checked for dioxins. 

It comes from a factory that has been approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance to the Quality Management System Standards of EN ISO 9001: 2000.The quality and the quantity of the fish feeds, the afore-mentioned sea currents and the clean marine environment, in combination with the low in cage fish density, are the main factors contributing to the generation of an excellent final product.
